Through user research, journey mapping, and iterative prototyping, We designed and prototyped a platform that helps older adults and their families explore care options and make informed decisions with confidence. Their product portfolio includes robotic guidance systems, palletizing solutions, machine vision, pick-and-place automation, and AI-powered inspection technologies.

Because these solutions are highly technical, first-time visitors often struggled to identify which products fit their needs, leading to missed engagement opportunities and increased reliance on manual customer support.

NEXT STEPS

REFLECTION

Participating in Azure Haven as both a designer and a full-stack developer contributed to a deeper understanding of product development and its full process

Rather than viewing project management as task coordination, I learned that successful product delivery depends on creating shared understanding between people with different priorities, expertise, and expectations. The most valuable decisions were often not technical—they were communication decisions that clarified scope, aligned stakeholders, and enabled developers to work with confidence.
