Developing an AI Customer Engagement Strategy for an Industrial Robotics Company

CMES AI Chatbot
OVERVIEW
CMES Robotics, an AI robotics company specializing in AI and industrial automation, needed a more accessible way to communicate its technologies and solutions. Our team developed an AI-powered chatbot that helps users explore the company’s products, services, and resources through natural language conversations. Designed with a user-centered approach, the chatbot simplifies technical information, improves information discovery, and creates a more approachable experience for customers, partners, and stakeholders.

REFLECTION
Building an AI chatbot for an industrial robotics company taught me that designing AI products extends far beyond connecting a language model.
The real challenge was translating highly specialized technical knowledge into conversations that felt intuitive for first-time visitors while maintaining accuracy and guiding users toward meaningful business outcomes.
Serving as both Project Manager and Developer also strengthened my ability to balance technical implementation with stakeholder communication, ensuring that engineering decisions consistently supported broader product and business goals.
